Proudly Serving the Dedicated First Responders of Livingston County, Michigan
The Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) is a volunteer organization that is committed to the support of Livingston County Michigan's First Responders, including Fire Fighters, Sheriff Department, Local Police, and EMS. Our first responders put their lives on the line everyday to help keep us safe. Though the inherent dangers of their jobs are well known, extreme situations can cause stress and fatigue that can jeopardize their safety and the wellbeing of those depending on them. We believe that the First Responders in this County are truly the most dedicated, professional individuals we have seen and we want to make certain that they receive the community's full support.
Our mission is to provide "canteen" services (coffee, cold drinks, and snacks) as well as "rehab" services that help keep them warm and dry in the cold winter months and cool and hydrated in the hot summer months.
